A "judgment free zone" is a nice idea for a gym; it's clearly a theme designed to make people feel comfortable in your facilities despite what can be a vulnerable atmosphere.
What I don't understand is why your "judgment free zone" would be so "intolerant" of Yvette Cornier when she was at her most vulnerable and in a situation which made her very uncomfortable. Exactly how did you judge her discomfort as being of less importance than that of the man in the women's changing room?
Yvette Cornier deserves an apology, and all of your clients who may encounter unwelcome members of the opposite sex in their dressing room at any time deserve a policy change.
