A quick survey of just one episode will confirm that the values expressed in this program are diametrically opposed to the values held by the majority of your customers.
Instead of offering positive role models for its millions of young viewers, Glee teaches teens a course in illicit sexuality.
The most recent episode (entitled “Britney 2.0”) - which you sponsored - was filled with extremely sexually explicit verbiage and graphic simulated sex moves. Geared toward a teen audience, this latest episode of Glee also featured a song promoting threesomes to its young viewers, with lyrics stating: … Merrier the more, Triple fun that way, Twister on the floor, Are - you in, Livin' in sin is the new thing, … Three is a charm, … You and me, Or three, Or four - On the floor!
Is this what you want associated with your products – encouraging threesomes for teens and preteens?
I urge you to pull support from this concerning program and use your corporate influence in ways that build up, not tear down, our society and our youth, exercising greater care in the ideas and content you promote. I look forward to your response.
