Let me again explain what motivates us to oppose the filth of Howard Stern. First let it be clear what doesn't motivate us.
(1) We don't hate Howard Stern.   Rather we pity him for his lost condition and for his evil influence.
(2) We don't have ulterior motives.  We don't sit around and wait to see what he's going to say next.  One staff person fast forwards  through his verbiage.   She is utterly bored and sick of the sexual drivel.  We are far too healthy to get off on Stern's pornographic,
garbage show.  It disgusts us.
Let me explain what DOES motivate us.
(1) We Do love life.  We care about children,  the unborn,  the family, our country.   And, yes, we are lovers of God.  We are Christians.  We have been "born again".   The Bible talks about a salvation experience that is extended to the white, the black, the  brown, the yellow, etc..  The Bible isn't racist because God isn't  racist.  But God IS the lover of our souls, the lover of His creation -  you and me.
   And though He is loving, He is also Holy.  He does give His creation direction. That direction is contained in the Bible - by way of the Ten Commandments, but His loving direction doesn't stop there.
   God is loving and He is Holy.   His creation is unholy.  We were born unholy - fallen short of the glory of God.  (Genesis 3).
   The Bible is a book that demonstrates God's holiness and love. The Bible also reveals through its pages the sinfulness of all of humankind.  The Bible is a book that page after page shows God's work of redemption - drawing men and women to Himself to save them from their lost condition. God sent His Son into the world to save us from our sins.  Christ is the sacrificial lamb that takes away the sins of the world.
   But many reject Christ.  But others receive Him.  It doesn't make  them perfect. It merely makes them redeemed.
   He is the way, the truth and the life. No man cometh unto the Father but by Me.  (says the Bible).
   There is only one way to eternal life.  That's through salvation in Jesus Christ.  You may not believe it.  Many don't. But many do. ADA does.   We bank our lives and our mission on it.  We don't believe that when life comes to an end that we will just turn back into mold and dust and dirt.  We believe that Christ has prepared for us a place in Heaven with Him.
We believe that life is sacred.
    Recently, a little six year old boy took the life of a six year old classmate (a sweet little girl) in Flint, Michigan. The life of the little 6 year old killer boy is sacred.  It may seem as though he is unwanted now but who's to say that someone takes concern on that boy and loves on him, and he gets his life turned around and even comes to a faith in Jesus Christ and becomes as he grows older   - loving and tender and kind to others.
    Stern may banish the little boy to Iran or have him put to sleep as a dog. Call that entertaining if you like.  Instruct us to turn the channel if we don't like it. But we have been motivated by our love for God and for His creation to stand for what is right and good and honorable and to stand in opposition to what is evil.
   Some of you have written "You have no sense of humor."  It depends  upon what you call humor.  If you think that humor is laughing at Stern's dirt mouth and his trashing of life, then, yeah, I guess you're right.  We have no sense of humor.
   I've given some of you more fodder to twist and distort.  I now expect to begin receiving emails that paint me as "intolerant".  And that's fine. God is loving but He is not tolerant of lying, stealing, adultery, fornication, lust, lesbianism, homosexuality, pedophilia, pornography. And as children of God, we're not to be tolerant of it either.
  It is our prayer that Howard, Robin, Gary, Jackie, Tom, Mel Karmazin,  will realize that we don't hate any of them, but we are  troubled by the toxic filth that these "entertainers"  drop on untold numbers of people  every day.  May God help them and may they be
desirous of responding to His help.
