Personal note:

Two days ago our email alert read:
"Britany Spears on the cover of Kohl's catalog."

I raised the question in that email alert dated April 8:
"Is Britney Spears a role model for our young people? Doesn't Kohls take that into consideration?"

We also provided a letter written by a Las Vegas area shopper who wrote (in part):

"... I have shopped and enjoyed my shopping experience with Kohl's several times in several of your stores. However, I was extremely disappointed when I received the soft-porn catalog which I am returning with this letter. If you are resorting to this type of advertising to sell your product you are apparently looking for a different type clientele.

Twenty-four pages of underwear clad women in all manner of suggestive poses is not the advertising I expect to receive in my mail. ..."

Yesterday we received the following email from Kohl's. You will note that they are asking us to provide a different contact other than what we are.

Kohls' letter follows:

To Whom It May Concern:

Kohl’s appreciates and respects the forum the American Decency Association website provides the public to voice their opinion.

In regards to your recent e-mail alert involving Britney Spears and the Candie’s brand partnership, we respectfully ask you remove the e-mail contact information from your communication and replace it with the following:
