A former Victoria’s Secret model stated after reading the Bible more and more she became convicted about the lifestyle associated with being a model for Victoria’s Secret and left her employment with Victoria’s Secret.
Here are just a few of her compelling thoughts “…”I didn’t really want to be that kind of role model for younger girls because I had a lot of younger Christian girls that were looking up to me and then thinking that it was okay for them to walk around and show their bodies in lingerie to guys. …”

During this holiday season we hear of the traditional Thanksgiving Day parade, or local Santa Claus parades – but with this year’s tenth annual, we also have the customary “Underwear Parade” on CBS – otherwise known as the Victoria’s Secret ‘Fashion’ Show.
However, this yearly parade of barely-clad lingerie models has nothing to do with fashion, but is all about skin. As nearly nude women paraded down runways, cameras gave viewers close up shots of their body parts – focusing on crotches and cleavage – what we teach our children are “private” areas.
The pixilated images of bare derrières did little to obscure what was on display and the bleeped out words from the profanity-laced lyrics of the musical performance by the rapper Kanye West did little to hide the obscenities heard by the audience.
