How disappointing to learn that you have chosen to sponsor Two and a Half Men on CBS.
It seems completely incongruous for a company that cares about being a good corporate citizen to turn around and sponsor a show that regularly pollutes hearts and minds – a program that weekly demeans women, promotes unhealthy and immoral sexual activity, and encourages the abuse of alcohol.
Please remember that as your advertising dollars support the debased ideas portrayed on this show, you are damaging the families who have supported your company. I urge you to pull support from this program and use your corporate influence in ways that build up, not tear down, our society. And as you advertise in the future, I also encourage you to exercise greater care in the ideas and content you promote. Your response and actions will determine if your company will be a choice for me and my family.
