Placing blinders over Cosmopolitan.
A leading department store chain in the mid-west, Meijer, Inc., based in Grand Rapids, MI has been making good strides in placing blinders over Cosmopolitan magazine.
A recent survey of several stores in the greater Grand Rapid, MI area revealed that various Meijer outlets are placing blinders over Cosmopolitan magazine.

Several years ago Meijer also made a commitment not to sell Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. Indications are that Meijer continues to hold true to that commitment.
